TNF - SEahawks @ Cardinals

This should be a close divisional matchup for Thursday Night Football. Both these teams will attempt to establish the run and use defense to control the pace of the game. However, Seattle is the better team to actually do this so take the under on yardage total for Tre Benson. I expect the Cardinals to turn to their passing game to move the ball downfield. They can take advantage of whoever lines up against Woolen so expect Michael Wilson to have a good game while Zay Jones is out this week. Tre McBride should have some opportunities as the Seahawks linebackers are not too good with coverage. Take the overs on Wilson and McBride receiving yards.

Seattle will likely have a balanced offense this week. Expect Walker to have a slow start to the game, but as long as they do not abandon the run, rushing lanes should open up in the second half. The Cardinals defense has a good pass rush so Darnold will have to throw quickly. Expect a lot of short to intermediate targets for JSN this week, perhaps take the over on receptions for him.
